A. 安全措施：需要”家長志工”

1. 二個大門門禁(door #2 & door #9) ! 
2. 上下課搖鈴和在走廊巡視 ! 
3. 第三節課學生出席紀錄 ! 
4. 第三節文化課老師(有鐘點費)需求，希望有任何興趣和技能的家長來教我們的孩子 ! 
5. 不定期的代課老師(有鐘點費) ! 
6. K2~Grade 3 教室內必須一位家長輪值，協助老師增進教學品質 ! 

B. Newsletter 有”家長志工_排班表”(校務人員和老師們除外)，若您沒空，必須至少前一週讓學校知道：

1. 事先找人換日期或替代 !
2. 到福利站(Resource Center)直接繳現金$50. !

“Tzu Chi Academy Boston” Parent Notice (+Parent Duty Schedule_see below link)

A. Safety Measures : Parent Volunteers Needed

1. Access control at the two main doors (door #2 & door #9) !
2. Ringing the bell before/after classes and patrolling the hallways !
3. Attendance tracking for the 3rd period classes !
4. We are looking for the 3rd period cultural teacher (paid hourly). We hope parents with an interest or skills will come teach our children!
5. Occasional substitute teachers (paid hourly) ! 
6. K2 to Grade 3 need “One Parent on Classroom Duty”一A parent volunteer is required to be on duty in each K2~Grade 3 classroom to assist the teacher and help enhance teaching quality. 

B. The Newsletter includes a “Parent Volunteer Duty Roster” (school staff and teachers excluded). If you are unavailable, you must notify the school at least one week in advance :

1. Find someone to swap dates with or cover for you in advance !
2. Pay $50 in cash directly at the Resource Center !
